We provide a comprehensive NHS dental service to both adults and children. Unfortunately we are at full capacity with our NHS list and are not accepting any new NHS patients at the moment. We are also unable to operate a “waiting list” because of data protection regulations. In the future if we are in a position to take on new NHS patients, then this will be advertised on this page, on our NHS choices profile, as well as across all of our social media platforms. So keep a look out.
Because of the impact of COVID and the extra infection control procedures, NHS dental practices are performing at a lower level than their normal capacity. This is the same, right across the country. The NHS capacity that we do have is being used to prioritise the following patient groups:
- Urgent and emergency cases. There are a limited number of these appointments available each day and are given out on a first come, first served basis at 8:30am each day.
- Children under the 16
- Vulnerable patients above age of 60
- Clinically extremely vulnerable patients
- Patients who are pregnant
