The dental unit looks just like a truck - how can it meet all my dental needs?
The dental unit may look like a truck from the outside, but inside it is a fully-equipped state-of-the-art practice, offering the same high quality service and dentistry that you would expect from an Iosis clinic. We even have a small reception area, complete with comfy seats.Top of page
What sort of treatment is available there?
We will be able to offer virtually all the services we offer at our other practices, with the exception of specialist treatments which may require specialised equipment. We will offer regular examinations and hygiene care, restorative work such as fillings and crowns.Top of page
Who will carry out my dental work?
Our fully trained dentists and dental nurses will be taking care of you, assuring you of the highest quality of care.Top of page
Can I have private dental work carried out at the dental unit?
Under NHS regulations you have the freedom to have some parts of your treatment carried out privately if you choose to do so. Your dentist will provide you with a full written treatment plan and will explain the treatment options that are available to you.Top of page
How can I book an appointment with the dental unit?
Treatment at the mobile dental unit is strictly by appointment only. You can book an appointment by calling our Winchester clinic on 01962 670501, or by using our online registration and appointment booking systems.Top of page
How would I receive emergency care when the dental unit isn't there?
Simply call our Winchester practice on 01962 670501, we will be able to help and advise you. Our Winchester practice is open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, and all your notes will be available to the dentists in Winchester so they can treat you appropriately.Top of page

Is there access for people with disabilities?
Yes. Each location has been carefully chosen for it's ability to offer easy access for disabled people. The unit itself has a lift to transport patients from the ground into the unit.Top of page
