Emergency appointments
We ensure that all patients with genuine dental emergencies are seen within 24 hours of contacting us. If possible, it is best to call us at the practice as early as possible, so we can see you on the same day. For emergency help outside surgery hours, NHS patients should call Surrey NHS Dental Helpline on 0845 271 2040, or contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647 (www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk). For our private patients, there is a local rota system of on-call dentists at weekends. Please call the practice on 01483 429435 and the answering message will provide you with details of the dentist on duty. Members of the Iosis Dental Care Plan are automatically covered by the supplementary insurance policy as part of the scheme. This provides cover for costs incurred for temporary dental treatment in a dental emergency.
