Are you taking on new dental patients?
Yes - we are always happy to see new patients. Many of our new patients are referred to us by our existing ones - if you have been referred by one of our patients please do let us know so we can thank them.

How do I get to the practice?

Free parking is available on site for all our patients.
By car - take the B3000 from either the A3 or A3100. Turn into Binscombe Lane and follow the road until you see our sign.
By bus - the bus stop is directly in front of the practice. StageCoach provides regular bus services to Farncombe from Guildford and other nearby towns.
By train - the practice is a few minutes walk from Farncombe station. There are regular services to and from Waterloo, Guildford, and other local stations.

How do I pay for my treatment?
We ask that payments are made for treatment carried out at each visit. We accept cash, cheques backed with a bank card, Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We also offer the Iosis Dental Care Plan which helps you to budget for your on-going dental care plus substantial discounts off dental and facial rejuvenation treatments. Interest-free finance is available on all treatments over £500.00, with tailor made solutions to suit all individual needs. Please ask us for more information.

What should I do in an emergency?
We ensure that all patients with genuine dental emergencies are seen within 24 hours of contacting us. If possible, it is best to call us at the practice as early as possible, so we can see you on the same day.

Can I park at the practice?
Free parking is available onsite for all our patients.

Do you have facilities for disabled people?
We are able to provide access for wheelchair users. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.
